Lörtscher Transport GmbH is a traditional family business in its third generation. Due to our many years of experience as a moving, transport and storage company, we can offer our customers excellent quality and unique know-how.

Thanks to our employee-friendly company culture and customer-oriented management, we can look back on a successful history for over 80 years. The quality of our services, the proximity to our customers, as well as the fair employment and treatment of our employees were already top priorities for Walter Lörtscher Senior when he founded the company in 1930.

Due to its location in Biel with connection to the A5, the A6 and the Transjurane, Lörtscher Transport GmbH is optimally placed to link the regions of Bern, Solothurn and Jura as well as the Swiss midlands and the neighboring countries (DE, FR, IT).

Our air-conditioned furniture warehouse offers short or long term storage for all kinds of movables including art objects, sensitive furnishings, IT equipment, electronic devices, instruments etc. The storage space is flexible - from 1m3 to 1000m3.
